Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and noci88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the noci88 website located at https://noci88.cam (the "Site") and all associated gaming services, features, and functionality provided therein.

Account Eligibility

Account Registration

To access the full range of noci88 services, you are required to register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the noci88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be closed, balances forfeited, and the User permanently banned from the Platform.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, contact email address, and phone number. The provision of false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify noci88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. noci88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Account Currency

The noci88 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as its primary account currency. Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the depositing User.

Identity Verification (KYC)

noci88 is committed to operating a compliant, responsible, and secure gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete identity verification prior to processing their first withdrawal and at any subsequent point where noci88 deems it necessary for compliance or security purposes.

5.1 Required Documentation

Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);

5.2 Processing Time

noci88 endeavours to complete KYC review within one (1) business day of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed. noci88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage without notice.

5.3 Failure to Verify

In the event that a User fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by noci88, the Platform reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed to noci88's satisfaction.

Deposits & Payments

noci88 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to the Malaysian market. All deposits are processed in MYR. The following terms govern financial deposits into your noci88 Account:

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

noci88 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from RM50 for most e-wallets, with higher limits available for bank transfers and cryptocurrency. Current deposit limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow are generally processed within 5–10 minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following one (1) network confirmation on the relevant blockchain.

6.4 Deposit Purpose

Funds deposited into your noci88 Account must be used exclusively for legitimate gaming activity on the Platform. The use of the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid regulatory thresholds, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance at the time of request.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

noci88 targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 60 minutes for FPX bank transfers under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) of the bonus amount, or in some cases the combined deposit and bonus amount. 8.2 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is typically capped at MYR 250–500 (as specified per promotion). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute varying percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. As a general guide: video slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and live dealer titles contribute between 10% and 20%. 8.4 Bonus Validity Period

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the noci88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer titles, by physical gaming equipment operated under licensed studio conditions.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a round, noci88 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
• noci88 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the Player's internet connectivity issues or device failures during gameplay.
• Any wager placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed by the game system. Players are advised to verify bet amounts before confirming.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the specific settlement rules published for each sport and market type. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the noci88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit the Platform or other players;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to launder funds or conduct any transaction for illegal purposes through the Platform;
• Charging back or reversing deposits via your payment provider while retaining associated winnings;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing noci88 staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform under a self-exclusion order by circumventing any technical restrictions in place.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by noci88

noci88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, Account inactivity for an extended period, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting noci88 support at [email protected]. Requests for Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any genuine real-money balance remaining will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC compliance.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. noci88 may, upon reasonable prior notice, deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant Account balances or close dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

Responsible Gambling

noci88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain a healthy relationship with gaming. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior express written consent of noci88.

The noci88 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, or advertising materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• noci88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• noci88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises;
• noci88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times;
• noci88 shall not be liable for losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, or disruptions to third-party payment processing infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Amendments to Terms

noci88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws relevant to the jurisdiction under which noci88 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding account decisions, game outcomes, or financial transactions, Players should first contact noci88 support to seek resolution. noci88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with noci88, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body applicable under noci88's operating jurisdiction.
